Cherish Creations specializes in custom celebrations and correspondence. What does this mean exactly? It means we love people, parties, and paper, particularly wedding paper. From save the dates to one-of-a-kind monogramed cups, we help you create a suite that embodies not only your wedding but the love you have for one another. We don’t believe that one design fits every client, so when we say “custom” we really mean it.
James 1:17 reminds us that every good gift is from God, and we’re blessed to pass on what God has given us and what isn’t really ours. A portion of each order goes to support the following causes, which we have the great pleasure of giving to: International Justice Mission // Works globally to rescue victims, bring criminals to justice, restore survivors, and strengthen justice systems. They fight against slavery, sex trafficking, sexual violence, police brutality, and citizens rights abuse. #StandforLife // A movement that deeply loves all parties involved – mothers, fathers, children and entire families. They work through story telling, stories impact people on a heart level, and as a result, communities are being empowered to influence generations. Pure Hope // Has a vision of a world free of sexual exploitation and brokenness. They work toward that through providing Christian solutions in a sexualized culture by equipping individuals, families, and churches to pursue sexual purity and oppose sexual exploitation. Family Research Council // Their vision is a culture in which human life is valued, families flourish, and religious liberty thrives. First Liberty // Their mission is to defend and restore religious liberty across America—in our schools, for our churches, inside the military, and throughout the public arena. Thrive Women’s Clinic // Offers compassionate care to women and their partners experiencing unplanned pregnancy. Thrive specializes in pregnancy confirmation and options counseling. All services are free. Kanakuk Institute // Equips men and women for a lifetime of ministry through an eight-month graduate discipleship program based on Biblical truth.

Over the years the Lord has blessed me with countless opportunities to see first hand the amazing work that He is doing through so many non-profit organizations. The people that make up these organizations, the lives they impact and the missions they live out make my heart full. This creative business was started out of the overflow of my heart.

Hello! My flagship products are bowties made from old clothes; I also make pocket squares, scarves, pouches, stuffed animals, dog bowties, and more. Everything is made from up cycled materials as a statement about how much we waste as a society. I seek vintage and unique fabrics for all designs. Additionally, SA is a social enterprise donating a portion of all sales to a non-profit urban farm. Together, the farm and I will be conducting a fabric composting project.

Whole Weddings has grown out of owner + designer Kendra Meany’s love for art and nature. Based in rural Connecticut, the local landscape of rolling fields and wooded paths provide an endless source of inspiration. We’re big believers that wedding stationery should be the marriage of style and sustainability. Hand-drawn illustrations, bold typography, textural patterns and colors extracted from nature itself are the staples of our style. Our collections of invitations, day-of details, and post-event stationery are influenced and inspired by conservation of our natural resources. Striving to use as many biodegradable and compostable materials as possible, as we continue to grow we hope to expand in that area. The core of our work utilizes handmade, plantable wildflower and herb seed paper. Through this material, we’re able to capture something that gets lost in traditional stationery. Instead of throwing the paper away, it’s able to get a second life in beautiful blooms. Giving us a deeper appreciation for where paper comes from (trees) and offering a physical connection to the earth that seems to be lessening these days. Our approach to design is a conscious one, favoring the functional while eliminating the unnecessary. The postcard and tri-fold layouts of our invitations are intentional to eliminate the need for envelopes. Very rarely does something we create serve a single function, taking great pride in our “swiss-army knife” approach to the details. The wackier the idea the better! If there’s a way to use an environmentally friendly material in a new and unique way, we’re always game to explore it. Our couples care as much about the environment as we do, spending much of their time exploring nature’s wild landscapes, advocating for healthier options in their communities, and investing in their values. They are excited to give their guests unique stationery, that goes beyond just being lovely to look at but communicates with purpose and intention.
#lesswastemorelove has become our rally cry. In pushing the stationery boundaries bit by bit we hope to influence wedding culture towards zero waste. To be a voice for weddings that support local economies, come together for causes fueled by love, embrace ethical values and work towards weddings that change the world.
