Without A Hitch is an award-winning day-of event coordination service for the hands-on bride, groom, or celebrant. You’ve spent months (probably years, even decades) planning your event, and making sure every detail is in place. You’ve planned, you’ve tasted and tested, you’ve booked, and you’re ready. Too often, celebrants rely on friends and family to carry out the plans on the big day. Leave it to the professionals!

Services include:

-Pre-event planning sessions

-Vendor coordination (caterer, band/DJ, venue)

-Ceremony supervision

-Reception management

Without A Hitch is devoted to giving back on a deep level within our New England community. Without A Hitch does all of the event planning for Boston-based nonprofit Andrew Graham Semper Fi Fund and their Boston River Run fundraiser. Annually, this in-kind work is estimated at about $10,000 provided pro bono. The road race fundraiser raised over $40,000 for the nonprofit last year, which allowed them to endow a scholarship in memory of a local US Marine Corps Corporal. Without A Hitch is pleased to continue this support of the nonprofit and we are committed to our clients and our community. Contact us today to find out how we can help you coordinate your special event!

Alicia Ann Photographers

Specializing in photographing classic and stately affairs in New England and Europe, at Alicia Ann Photographers we believe in photographing…

The start of a heritage A new beginning with beautiful portraits and images that will adorn the mantle and become family heirlooms for generations to come.

Eternal commitments Two individuals committed to a life of shared adventures. Promises that are felt in the vows made before God and man and sealed with an everlasting kiss.

Authentic emotion Discovered in the brevity of a raw, fleeting moment, beckoning our attention and compelling us to preserve it in time forever.

Found in the belly laughter during toasts, the tears streaming down mom’s cheek and the smile in the eyes of your new spouse…because forever just began.

Our Brooklyn Navy Yard farm is a unique venue for your rooftop wedding that will leave you and your loved ones breathless. With golden sunset rays streaming across the river and the twinkling lights of the Manhattan skyline like so many candles lit just for you, there is no more romantic setting to tie the knot than our secret garden. We work with some of the best caterers, rental companies, event stylists, and floral designers to transform the 2,000 square foot paved deck of our Brooklyn Navy Yard farm, creating the wedding of your dreams! The dramatic, reclaimed wood banquet table at our flagship farm in LIC is a great option for smaller affairs, like engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, or vow renewals.

CharmCat Creative LLC

I am a watercolor artist and a stationery designer, and I currently focus on weddings, but I am also expanding in to everyday stationery this year. I love painting invitations designs that have super personal touches that are special to the couple, so they have a true keepsake that represents their life together. I have always been a volunteer and philanthropist in some capacity. I have volunteered on and off since middle school. I ran the philanthropy committee of my sorority in college, which benefited Children’s Miracle Network. I already have a charity pledge as part of my business that I added a year and a half ago. I have a process for charities to apply for donated services and stationery. I also have some stationery that directly benefits a charity. I know the donation type only lets me pick one, but I donate all three (time, profit, product) as I am able :). I also give to multiple charities. I have strict rules for the charities I support and I check their ratings on before deciding to give.

Cherish Creations

Cherish Creations specializes in custom celebrations and correspondence. What does this mean exactly? It means we love people, parties, and paper, particularly wedding paper. From save the dates to one-of-a-kind monogramed cups, we help you create a suite that embodies not only your wedding but the love you have for one another. We don’t believe that one design fits every client, so when we say “custom” we really mean it.

James 1:17 reminds us that every good gift is from God, and we’re blessed to pass on what God has given us and what isn’t really ours. A portion of each order goes to support the following causes, which we have the great pleasure of giving to: International Justice Mission // Works globally to rescue victims, bring criminals to justice, restore survivors, and strengthen justice systems. They fight against slavery, sex trafficking, sexual violence, police brutality, and citizens rights abuse. #StandforLife // A movement that deeply loves all parties involved – mothers, fathers, children and entire families. They work through story telling, stories impact people on a heart level, and as a result, communities are being empowered to influence generations. Pure Hope // Has a vision of a world free of sexual exploitation and brokenness. They work toward that through providing Christian solutions in a sexualized culture by equipping individuals, families, and churches to pursue sexual purity and oppose sexual exploitation. Family Research Council // Their vision is a culture in which human life is valued, families flourish, and religious liberty thrives. First Liberty // Their mission is to defend and restore religious liberty across America—in our schools, for our churches, inside the military, and throughout the public arena. Thrive Women’s Clinic // Offers compassionate care to women and their partners experiencing unplanned pregnancy. Thrive specializes in pregnancy confirmation and options counseling. All services are free. Kanakuk Institute // Equips men and women for a lifetime of ministry through an eight-month graduate discipleship program based on Biblical truth.
